Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL;
Our Room Rates are based on a maximum of 22 hours occupancy, Check in time
is 2 PM Check out time is 12 NOON, early or late check in or check out (maximum
is 4:00PM) is allowed if the room is available, if the room is available you
can occupy for 24 hours without additional charges, but occupancy exceeding
24 hours will be charged at an hourly rate (as displayed in our Regulations)
for each hour or part thereof exceeding 24 hours. Any room not vacated by 4:00
PM will be charged the entire overnight accommodation cost for that room.
RESERVATIONS;
Tentative reservations can be made by Phone, Text, E-mail or in person at
the Resort. A "Tentative" reservation will be held until the following
working day to allow time for the Confirming Deposit to be received. Deposits
can,. for convenience, be deposited at any Metrobank Branch, account details
will be given upon request.
Please understand that we accept Reservations on a "First come, First Served"
basis.
CONFIRMATIONS;
For a "Confirmed Reservation" a Deposit is required, this is based
on a fee of 100% of the nights accommodation reserved
(Single night) or 50% of the total reservation if multiple dates.
This
can be charged to your Credit Card if you wish, (You
will be Emailed a Confirmation to sign and return along with copies of both
sides of the Credit Card, plus a copy of a photo ID, form available HERE)
your Credit Card will be reserved for that
amount, should you cancel or not show up your Creit Card will then be charged
with that amount, as per our policy on cancellations as listed below.
Deposits can also be made at the Resort or be deposited at any
Metrobank Branch, account details for the deposit will be given to you on request.
CANCELLATIONS;
The following is our POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS; Please note "deposit"
is based on a fee equal to the total first nights booking of accommodation,
or 50% of the entire booking of accommodation (Multiple dates) which ever is
the greater. Refund or Credit of Deposit will be based on this amount.
1/ More than 21 days notice (Excepting Holy Week, Christmas - New Year or
Holiday weekends) = P500.00 for administration costs. In cases of Holy week
or Christmas - New Year or Holiday weekends # 4 shall apply.
2/ 14 - 20 days Notice = 25% loss of Deposit
3/ 7 - 13 days notice = 50% loss of Deposit.
4/ Less than 7 days Notice = 100% loss of Deposit.
CHANGE OF DATES OR ALTERATION OF RESERVATION;
Change of dates; In the case of a request to change dates the following
shall apply;
More than 21 days notice, # 1/ Above shall apply. If the change is to
increase the Reservation, additional Deposit will be required, within One (1)
day, to Confirm the additional reservation. Or in the case ofHoly week or Christmas
- New Year or Holiday weekends
Less than 21 days notice, provided the date had not been fully booked
and other customers turned away, 10% deposit will be forfeited, if the date
was fully booked and other customers turned away, 50% of the deposit will be
forfeited. The balance shall be held in Credit against the new reservation,
to CONFIRM the new reservation the balance of required Deposit will need to
be made before the new Reservation is confirmed. Should the change of reservation
be to increase the number of rooms reserved, additional deposit must be made
within 1 day. Should the request be to decrease the number of rooms reserved
rooms, this will be treated as a cancellation, the rules on cancellations, as
above, will apply, should there be credit from the cancellation, this will be
credited for any future reservation, such reservation must be made and used
within 90 days of the original reservation date or forfeited.
Less than 7 days notice or in the case of will be treated as a cancellation.
